Travel Abroad Programs includes every continent, except Antarctica, with community service, language acquisition and more. There are over thirty options for sports camps based on college campuses. Montclair State University is a medium-sized university and is part of the New Jersey public system. It is located in a suburban setting in Montclair and has an enrollment of approximately 19,000. It offers a wide range of degrees, including a PhD in Environmental Management and a doctoral degree in biomedicine. Its sports teams are the Red Hawks.
Gifted & Talented Summer Camp is offered for students who have completed grades K–11. Full and half day options are available. Courses are offered by grade level. Grades 5–6 courses include manga, debate, robotics, symmetry in art, journalism, forensics and more. Classes for grades 7–8 ranges from webpage design to PSAT Math to botany. High School students also have a wide variety of courses including abnormal psychology, clay studio and rocketry. Eligibility is by standardized test scores or recommendation.
Rising Red Hawks allows high school students to enroll in up to two undergraduate courses each semester. Students pay regular tuition and receive college credit. Summer sessions begin in mid-May and continue through August with three-week, four-week, six-week, eight-week and twelve week courses. There are evening only classes and online classes also.
