Hobart and William Smith Colleges are small liberal arts colleges located in the Finger Lakes region. The institution combines Hobart College (men) and William Smith College (women). They offer Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science and a Masters in teaching. Elizabeth Blackwell, the first female doctor in the United States graduated in 1849.

Summer Programs at Hobart and William Smith Colleges

Kids College is a day camp for children entering grades 3–8. Art Week encourages students to enjoy the campus and express what they see in their art.

Students are introduced to college-level environmental studies during the Environmental Studies Summer Youth Institute This two-week residential program allows students to conduct research on a vessel in Seneca Lake and in the Adirondack Mountains area.

Sports camps in boys lacrosse (there are also 1-day prospect clinics), soccer, rowing and a day sports camp with lacrosse, soccer and swimming for grades 3–8.
