College for Creative Studies is a small, private college that offers degrees through the master’s level. It is focused on fine arts, design (including transportation and product design), advertising, art education and more. It is located in an urban setting in Detroit.

Summer Programs at College for Creative Studies

Summer Experience is a precollege program and is an introduction to the art school experience. Students choose from automotive design, character modeling for animation and gaming, product design and more. It is offered on a residential or commuter basis with a choice of campuses.

There are also short courses and one-day workshops for students ages 15–19. Students, age 16 and older, may enroll in any regular summer course. The College also offers art classes for children as young as six.
